 When I started to re-construct this site I was seriously thinking about leaving out a few pages and this one “Comments from Clients” is one that was going to see the two bladed axe of The Woodsman. Not because I don’t think it is important with what people say about me, my commitment to the client, my commitment to Quality, or the thought they don’t need to be heard. I see and read through quite a few sites and it is easy to tell the true from the inflated comments, so for that reason I would remove this page… I changed my mind! Because these people count…

  Dear Alan,
  I am sure glad you were around when I decided to buy my first computer for my dress shop. At first I thought you were a bit head strong and argent on the comparisons of what you called the "Super Store Computer” and a “Custom built computer”. My neighbor and fellow entrepreneur bought a new computer after their old one quit and ended up paying much more for it and the additional software. I asked her why so much? Sarah told me that her salesman said her old software is not compatible. Is this true?

  Donna,
  Unfortunately the salesman could be telling your friend the truth. Depending n the Operating System (OS) just for starters can create a problem say Linux vs. Microsoft. Age of the software is another consideration.

And let me add one more thing before I end this. You don’t realize how much you saved my butt with Cyndi after you built her a computer of her own. Now instead of her and the girls fighting over my computer now the girls are fighting over which computer. Well that’s it for now.

  Dear Sir.
You proved it, the impossible is not always impossible.
After our server went down here at the dealership, my technicians as well as other technicians told me the server hard drive was dead and nothing could be done. Then you and you wife walk in looking for something to drive for a while until you get back on your feet. Somewhere along that line a comment was made by one of my sales crew about our downed computer. Apparently the topic was turned from used cars to computers. It was also apparent with the idea you were bouncing around that my receptionist told me I needed to go out and talk to you. You told us how you had crashed a couple hard drives of your own and recovered them. You also made mention how you accidentally reformatted valuable hard drive and was able to recover information from it.
But Mr. Gilbertson what sold me wasn’t what you said but the conviction that was in your voice when you explained it. Well after a few days pondering I thought then decided what the heck, this guy can’t ruin it anymore than it already is. As we all know the rest is history. You saved us more in manpower than what the whole network cost me.
